Goto Group Details>Administer>Members. Click on the Member, to view the member record, then click on the [Remove] check box. Member will be removed from the group, but all the member's financial records will remain.

They are funds that users donate or transfer to the Group/Business Bank or Cash accounts.
Igeya only provides the platform to record these incoming funds, but DOES NOT receive the actual funds. The funds are transfered by members/customers to the identified account of the group/business, or paid in Cash to the group's Administrator or Officer, then the Administrator or any member user, who has been given an Inputter Admin Role, can then record the contributions-incomes to the appropriate Tag on Igeya.

Yes you can, by Submiting your contribution through an intermediary's account who can protect your identity, or through the Administrator, who can capture it under his/her Admin account with the necessary identifier.

Click on the Group Icon to view the Group details. Take note of the Group Account details shown on the details page. Make a Bank Transfer/Payment to the Group Account, then come back to Igeya, Group Details page, click on "Send Payment Message". This will enable you to send a message to the Group Administrator(s), informing them of the payment you have made. On confirming the payment in the Group Account, the Admin will then capture your contribution on Igeya.

They are transferred funds from the Group or Member's funds, as recorded in Igeya, to a bank account, cash or for payment of an expense.
Igeya only records the Withdrawal-Expense as an outflow from the recorded contributions-incomes, but the actual transfer of the funds is performed by the Group Administrator or assigned officer, through the designated Bank Account or Cash.

No, Igeya is not in possession of the contributed funds, hence cannot charge any Fees.
